eZee, inc Relocating Headquarters to Austin, Texas

Leading edge software company makes profitable mobile marketing a reality

Austin, Texas – February 18, 2008 – eZee, inc., one of the fastest growing Mobile Marketing Platform companies in the country, today announced that it is moving its headquarters from St. Louis, Missouri to Austin, Texas in order to be closer to the talent and resources critical to its continued growth. The move enables eZee to maximize the value of its membership in the Austin Technology Incubator (ATI) of the University of Texas and better leverage Austin’s strong commitment to technology entrepreneurship.

Founded in 2007, eZee has recently launched its On Deck Mobile Multimedia Technology Platform.  This state-of-the-art offering supports a variety of mobile multimedia messaging applications that enables manufacturers and retailers to interact with consumers through their mobile phones.  By extending the information supply chain to its logical conclusion – the handheld mobile device – eZee empowers its customers to influence potential buyers in unprecedented ways.  By “mobilizing” traditional advertising campaigns all the way down to point-of-purchase incentives and promotions, eZee is at the forefront of the next technological wave of innovation and profitability enhancement.

“This move allows us to tap into the fast growing pool of talent, expertise, and capital that has developed around the mobile industry in Austin,” said John T. Sullivan, President and Founder of eZee. “One of the key drivers for this decision has been the insights and direction provided to eZee by the ATI.  This was the key differentiator in our decision to locate the company here rather than other technology hubs around the country. eZee will be located in the ATI facilities and staff affected by the move will be transferred over the coming months,” he added.

Commenting on the move, Erin Defosse, Director of the ATI Wireless Incubator noted, “This is a great move for eZee and for Austin.  The decision will greatly accelerate eZee’s overall corporate growth initiatives. Just as importantly, it enhances ATI’s ability to do what we do best: assisting innovative young companies with the challenges they face as they develop and grow. Furthermore, it’s good for Austin to add yet another industry start-up to its wireless community.”
