The Austin Technology Incubator is The University of Texas at Austin’s entrepreneurship laboratory, providing the opportunity for graduate and advanced undergraduate students to work directly with early stage technology companies. |
What does an internship look like?

- 10-15 Internships per year
- Full time, paid in summer
- Part time, paid or volunteer during the school year
- Class credit option sometimes available

Why are internships attractive?

- Hands-on, practical engagements – work side by side with entrepreneurs and ATI professionals solving real-world business problems
- Learn about the commercialization of emerging technology, venture and angel capital, and entrepreneurship
- Build a network of technology industry executives, investors, and technologists
- Apprentice with ATI Directors

- Talented, mature students from any graduate or advanced undergraduate program who are interested in technology entrepreneurship

- Custom projects for practicum courses

- Projects for MOOT Corp., I2P, Brass Ring, MSSTC, ENHANCE

ATI as a resource for student entrepreneurs

- The Austin Technology Incubator supports student entrepreneurship and can serve as a clearing house for entrepreneurial resources at The University of Texas at Austin
