Through ATI’s rigorous selection process, funding events, and sponsorship programs, investors have the opportunity to participate in a strong, emerging technology ecosystem in the central Texas region and to evaluate pre-qualified potential investments.

The admissions process for ATI member companies is highly selective with less than a 5% admission rate. Industry professionals and investors vet potential companies in a rigorous process.

Once admitted, ATI prepares companies for successful fundraising and their launch to market. ATI professionals, leading industry experts and investors mentor companies through their early steps; and University of Texas provides resources and talent.

Historically, ATI has incubated over 150 companies and raised over 725 million dollars in aggregate investor capital with and for those companies. Additionally, ATI has produced four IPOs; leveraged the buyout of Encore, a graduate company; had two significant acquisitions in Buildforge and Webify; and assisted three recent graduates in making the Deloitte & Touche “Texas’ Fast 50” list. In 2006, 71% of admitted companies received funding while at ATI.
